1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging

Products that have been installed, used, cut, or altered are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Items installed or partially used

  • Clearance, customized, or special-order products

  • Products without original packaging or invoice

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share order details along with clear photos or videos of the issue

  3. Our team will review and approve the request

Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product), return shipping will be arranged by Veetile Choice.

  • For other approved returns, shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after successful inspection of the returned product.

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Replacement Policy

  • Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded, depending on stock availability.

  • Replacement dispatch timelines may vary based on location and product type.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

8. Damaged Products at Delivery

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If visible damage is found, inform the delivery partner immediately and contact us within 48 hours.
