Delivery Policy

  • Standard delivery timelines are 3–10 working days from order confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, stock availability, or courier partner delays.

  • Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.


3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


4. Delivery Method

  • Products are delivered through our trusted logistics and courier partners.

  • Large or bulk orders may be delivered via specialized transport services.


5. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

  • Charges may vary based on location, order size, and weight.


6. Delivery Attempt & Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

  • Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address or unavailability may result in additional charges.


7. Inspection at Delivery

  • Customers are advised to inspect products at the time of delivery.

  • Any visible damage or missing items should be reported immediately to the delivery personnel and to Veetile Choice within 48 hours.


8. Delays & Force Majeure

Veetile Choice shall not be held responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


9. Installation Responsibility

  • Delivery does not include installation unless specifically mentioned.

  • Installation and handling after delivery are the customer’s responsibility.
